Dungeons & Dragons is a fantasy role-playing game in which you and your group experience an adventure led by a Talesmith (= Dungeon Master). Together, you dive into a world full of magic, mysterious creatures and epic quests. Players assume the role of their character and make choices that influence the story.

The outcome of actions is often determined by rolling different types of dice - from 4-sided to 20-sided - which adds excitement and surprise. D&D is all about cooperation, creativity and, above all, fun!

It depends a bit on the type of adventure.

An introduction session usually takes about 2-3 hours, a one-shot about 4 hours. For campaigns, we agree on 4 hours per session, often including a startsession to create characters and fine-tune expectations.

Small run-outs are totally okay - I know how exciting it can get at the end! 😉

But if it's obviously longer, we'll discuss whether there will be additional costs. That way we keep it fair for everyone.

At Tales of Timeless Heroes, we call our Dungeon Masters Talesmiths - story masters who provide immersive, well-conducted adventures. By hiring a Dungeon Master or Talesmith, your group not only gets someone who masters the rules, but also a storyteller who brings the story to life. No worries about preparation, plot twists or pacing: you and your party can just enjoy the adventure.

Our sessions are usually tailored to groups of up to 6 players - so we guarantee enough attention and playtime for everyone. Is your group larger? No problem! We are happy to think along with you. Sometimes we work with extra Talesmiths (Dungeon Masters) or split the group into parallel adventures. Let us know what your plans are, and together we will find a suitable solution.

Adventures at Tales of Timeless Heroes are suitable for all ages. We tailor the game entirely to the group.

For younger players, however, it is helpful if they can read and count on their own - this makes the game smoother and more fun.

For older players, there is no age limit: as long as you are up for fantasy and adventure, you are more than welcome!

After your request, I will contact you via email to discuss your requirements. Based on that, you will receive a quote with an overview of the session cost and any preparatory costs. Once you agree to the offer, I will send you an invoice with a payment request.

Life happens—that's totally okay! If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know at least 48 hours in advance. This helps avoid unnecessary preparation time.

If I don't hear from you until later, I'll unfortunately still have to charge for the session, as significant time and effort will have already gone into preparing your custom adventure.

To keep things smooth, I ask that payment be made at least 48 hours before the session.
If payment hasn't been received by then, the session won't go ahead.
