Sergio ammirata attended the Academy Sharoff founded by Aldo Rendine, worked as an actor, Director and adapter, especially in comic-grotesque performances to Plautus ' company in Rome. He made his debut in the 1960s as a television and film actor often playing supporting roles. In 1974 he directed his only film, sex in the head.
